Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building functions.
Duties will include:
1. Ensure all quarterly and monthly inspections are completed.
2. Complete all necessary paperwork after the inspections have taken place.
3. Check all meters have been read and documented.
4. Raise purchase orders and reconcile expenditures against the budget.
5. Ensure the contractor's list is up to date.
6. Ensure all legal responsibilities related to the properties are kept up to date.
7. Ensure all contracts are correctly in place.
8. Manage the supplier's list.
9. Ensure all bills are paid on time.
10. Liaise with contractors ensuring all safety checks have taken place.
11. Take calls and deal with all inquiries.
12. Maintain a schedule to ensure that water and electricity rates are paid on time.
13. Update the database daily.
14. Visit sites weekly.
Requirements:
1. Advanced IT skills including Word and Excel.
2. Self-motivated and organised.
3. Team player.
4. Car driver.
