Working pattern: Term time only & Inset days (39 weeks)
Hours: 29 hours per week, 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £16,739 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

The Burgess Hill Academy is looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join the team.
Learning Support Assistants play a crucial role in the education of our students. They promote the learning and personal development of all pupils, including but not exclusively, those with special education needs. Working as part of our Inclusion Team, the Learning Support Assistant will provide support in the classroom and work with specific students across all subject areas.
This opportunity will suit you if you have:
* Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills
* The ability to work in a discreet and sensitive manner
* Experience of working within a school environment or with young people (desirable but not essential)
