To manage and maintain an integrated and dynamic approach to risk, consisting of clear standards and effective process controls, aligned to business objectives and underpinned by high-quality risk awareness. To ensure the charity adheres to good governance and compliance at all levels to provide assurance to both the Board of Trustees and Executive Team that the charity is fulfilling all its legislative and compliance obligations. To embed high standards of accountability and integrity throughout the charity by maintaining an effective set of policies, standards, and procedures to minimise risks to the charity and ensuring operational effectiveness.
