The One Group are proud to be working exclusively with an innovative company who are leading the way with their products in the scientific world with their products being used globally within the Public Health and Pharmaceutical sector, they now have an exciting, unique position for a Commercial Manager to join their team. This role will be a mix between developing current customer relationships, building new relationships and leading management for the overall commercial team. What your day will look? Assessing, identifying and development of new business opportunities, in public health research and pharmaceutical sectors. Management of relationships, ensuring long term relationships with key stakeholders ensuring a smooth client experience. Management of the team, leading the commercial team to achieve sales targets, customer expectations and fulfillment of customer SLAs. International travel (roughly 5 -10 times a year) attending various international events, conferences and exhibitions ensuring follow up and development of leads. Generating of data and updates to the wider business, ensuring accurate reports to management on market trends, pipeline and overall business performance. Ensure collaboration of various teams, to ensure every team is aligned with new sales initiatives and business goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within a similar role or you will have experience within a sales based role, with this role being 50% sales and 50% management of the commercial team this is a great role for someone who has experience within sales who is looking for a different challenge which is overall commercially led for a business, our client is open to industry experience as they are happy to train the right person. You will have experience with reporting and analysing of data. Have experience of working independently as well as closely with a team, be a strategic thinker and have a high level of commercial acumen. This is an office based role, 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday. Salary and benefits: £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience, 10% bonus, 25 days holiday bank holidays.
