M4 Recruitment are currently seeking an Administration assistant to join one of our clients based in Central Swindon.
You will be joining a small team and the hours are working Monday to Thursday 1PM-5PM.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be well organised, thorough, and accurate
* Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
* Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment
* Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the staff
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Purchase Ledger duties including checking delivery notes against invoices, with responsibility for the update of the Suppliers accountson Sage
* Processing orders and liaising with customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Provide full administration and support to the business
It is essential to have experience with SAGE and an administration background in order to be considered for this position
