UK Service Sales Manager Hybrid working, 2 days per week in Sheffield based office. All hotel expenses paid if you were to stay away when going to the Sheffield office. £7,800 car allowance (£650 per month) £65,000 - £70,000 plus 20% bonus 45p mileage The UK Service Sales Manager will work closely with the UK Head of Service to lead an 8-member sales team, focusing on achieving annual revenue and gross margin targets. This position involves defining and implementing KPIs, ensuring team alignment with business objectives, and taking a hands-on role in sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the UK Head of Service to define annual sales and margin targets. Lead, recruit, train, and develop the external service sales team to deliver exceptional results. Establish and monitor KPIs for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing underperformance as necessary. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive service contract sales. Work closely with Service Operations to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services. Actively engage in personal sales efforts to support team targets, contributing directly to revenue generation. Provide guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Proven experience in service sales, specifically selling maintenance or service contracts. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, inclusive approach to team management. Ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Excellent understanding of the service sales business model and its integration with operational delivery. Skilled in performance management and capable of taking appropriate actions to address underperformance. Competence with CRM systems and practical application to enhance team performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
