An excellent opportunity for a dedicated Sales Manager to cover the North of England territory. You will be responsible for generating new business sales and also increasing opportunities with existing clients.

Role & Responsibilities
* Provide technical and design support during meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors in collaboration with Sales Managers.
* Promote and sell products to developers, housing associations, main contractors, and their design teams, securing specifications.
* Deliver technical presentations and CPD seminars to existing supply chain clients.
* Host regular review meetings with contractors.
* Track and manage all designs and projects through to completion using CRM software.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure timely tender submissions.
* Follow up on submitted tenders to obtain feedback and refine sales strategies.
* Conduct outreach based on PR campaigns and Glenigan leads to identify new projects, focusing on student housing, hotels, residential, and care home developments.
* Arrange CPD seminars with developers, housing associations, and contractors to promote products.
Requirements
* Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the steel sector of the construction industry.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Highly organized, with the ability to plan calls and manage workloads effectively across assigned sales areas.
* Self-motivated, professional, and results oriented.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
* Computer literate with excellent communication skills across all levels.
* Full UK driving licence.
