Deploy customer engagement process and discuss their desired positive business outcomes to identify and position the best software solution. Clearly present the value of the company’s products to meet customers’ requirements and differentiate from the competition. Engage with customers and prospects via telephone, video conference, email and LinkedIn, as well as face-to-face meetings. Research sources for developing prospective customers and expanding existing accounts. Develop written proposals / quotations. Provide accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues. Participates in trade shows and conventions; product training and seminars. Creates and maintains account plans for existing customers and prospective customers, highlighting and profiling potential users and technical solutions. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, account team, sales management, finance, legal and technical services groups.
