Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a client based in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan. This role is temporary full time and ongoing.
Pay Rate: £13.25 - £14.93
Hours Per week: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include:
1. Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly.
2. Data inputting.
3. Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management.
4. Creating documentation for EU outbound loads, including custom documents.
5. (Full training will be provided).
The successful candidate for the Traffic Officer Administrator role will also need the following skills:
1. Experienced IT user.
2. Good experience with Microsoft Excel.
3. Accurate with inputting data into systems.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Ability to solve problems.
6. Ability to work to strict timescales and deadlines.
