The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Calor Northern Cylinder Sales Team. Working as part of the sales team, this challenging position requires an energetic and driven individual with well-developed interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking out and winning new business in addition to managing the existing customer base in the region. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focused and represent Calor in a professional manner in business and in the community interacting with retailers and commercial business. This position will be field based covering an area in East Northern Ireland (Eastern Region) and candidates ideally should live in the advertised territory. Main Responsibilities: Manage, develop and nurture existing customer relationships as a connection between the company and the customer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business retention across the territory. Develop new LPG & BioLPG business across sectors and markets through effective lead generation and territory management. Implement a robust and dynamic strategic action plan for the territory to deliver on the targeted performance as set out in the KPIs. Build a strong network of key stakeholders including industry partners and installers to seek support for both business growth and retention. Establish trust with key stakeholders by demonstrating expertise, industry knowledge, and commitment to building strong partnerships. Maintain customer contracts and ensure cylinder stocks and marketing budgets are well managed in line with company requirements. Represent Calor in a professional manner, networking at industry events to promote the Calor brand and products. Ensure customers comply with Calors credit terms. Utilize relevant IT systems (CRM, ERP) for reporting and analysis as required by the role. Attend and actively participate in team meetings. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an effective and seamless sales process and customer experience. Maintain a strong understanding of Calor products and services. Stay updated with new technologies coming to market. Contribute to the Calor safety culture by always acting in a safe and responsible manner ensuring compliance to legislation and regulations. This role will have elements of flexible working; evening and weekend hours may be required. Any other duties as deemed reasonable by management. Comply withall company policies and procedures. The person: Ideally a minimum of three years sales experience. Experience within the energy industry or focus sectors would be an advantage. Highly commercial, results orientated with a proven track record of overachievement. Adaptable, energetic, self-driven and team oriented. Proactive, target focused with a resilient, positive and determined attitude. Strong time and territory management skills. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Competent IT skills. Full clean driving license. Live in the stated area. Territory may be subject to review based on business requirements.
