What you’ll do You’ll carry out routine operational tasks to support internal/external customers, ensuring all interactions are courteous to maintain the organisations reputation and customer relationships. You’ll routinely collect and analyse data and enter it into our corporate systems. You’ll be following a range of health and safety instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others. You’ll carry out simple warehouse and store tasks, making sure all goods and supplies are properly stored and recorded according to our established procedures. Routine inventory control will also be a key part of your role, where you’ll check quantities, quality, and availability against records to keep everything running smoothly and accurately. You’ll handle routine packaging tasks and support others, following established procedures under supervision. Additionally, you’ll transport goods and supplies on-site, to other locations, or to customers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries in line with our processes. If you’re new to Scottish Water, you’ll join us on a starting salary of £25,590. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of £30,000.
