We are looking to an appoint an experienced school office administrator. The successful candidate will be based in our busy school office and work alongside our 2 other administrators.
We are looking for the following:
An enthusiastic, organised and motivated person who will make a positive contribution to the Springfield community.
Excellent interpersonal skills and confident speaking to parents.
Strong admin skills and confidence using a variety of computer software including Office 365 and Arbor.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Willingness to embrace the school’s values and be fully involved in the life of the school and the community.
Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour.
