As Training Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our training centre, ensuring smooth course delivery, supporting trainers, maintaining compliance, and optimising workflows. You will be a key point of contact for clients, understanding their training needs, advising on suitable courses, and developing tailored solutions that add value to their businesses.
Based near Lyneham, this full-time position requires on-site work. Our close-knit team are based in the office full time, Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
Salary is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, with benefits including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, professional development opportunities, and the chance to influence business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth, efficient running of the training centre.
Support the Directors in management meetings.
Take ownership of the CRM system to ensure that projects are working to schedule.
Support and coordinate trainers, ensuring they have everything needed to deliver high-quality courses.
Act as the main contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and accreditation standards.
Manage facilities, equipment, and training materials.
Streamline scheduling, booking systems, and workflows.
Work with senior management to expand training offerings and drive business growth.
Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in team coordination, resource management, and customer service.
Solid understanding of operational processes, finance, and compliance.
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and improvement.
Operations management experience, ideally in training or education.
Knowledge of accreditation bodies and industry standards (desirable).
