Working on a hybrid basis from their prestigious offices in central Leeds, there now exists a vacancy for a UK qualified solicitor to join the established and well-regarded In-house team as a Senior Claims Handler, to work in their complex claims team specialising in care.
This is a fantastic role within a forward-thinking and employee-oriented organisation, and a rare opportunity for a UK qualified solicitor with experience of any of the following: Professional Indemnity, Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Management Liability claims, to move in-house - where you'll take ownership and management of your claims throughout the process. Those candidates with experience in care claims, professional indemnity, and/or social welfare would be especially welcome to apply.
The cases can be time-critical, highly sensitive, and require a strong and positive mentality, ensuring efficient and effective handling throughout. You'll be working in an award-winning team of 10 and undertake a hugely varied caseload with care home, education, foster home, charities, and community group clients.
