Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a flexible and passionate individual to join our Bank register supporting our Admin Team in the day to day running of the Admin office
This position works closely to support the effective processing of our electronic referral system to ensure that patients are booked into appointments in a fast-paced environment. This will involve contacting patients, sending letters confirming appointments and requesting scans for appointments.
You will be required to liaise with insurance companies and gain pre- authorisations for patient procedures. There may be a need for you to support other functions within the administration service as required by the business.
The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and data input. The skills we would expect you to demonstrate are excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage and prioritise a varied and high volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
If you have worked in a Healthcare environment NHS or Private and have proven experience of working successfully in a fast paced office environment we would like to hear from you.
