Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Milton Keynes showroom. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused salesperson with a passion for the automotive industry and an interest in contributing to a growing business.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service: Engage with walk-in customers, answer email and phone enquiries, and convert leads into sales by providing in-depth vehicle information and addressing customer needs.
2. Upselling & Product Knowledge: Promote additional services such as car wraps, trackers, paint protection, extended warranties, dechromes, window tints, alloy and caliper painting, interior starlights, and body kits.
3. Finance Assistance: Guide customers through finance application processes, offering clear explanations of options and providing necessary support.
4. Aftersales Support: Provide post-sale assistance, handling customer queries or concerns and maintaining positive, ongoing customer relationships.
5. Showroom Preparation: Assist the Manager with the morning walk-around, checking vehicle statuses and setting priorities for promotions on social media to enhance visibility.
6. Test Drives & Demonstrations: Conduct test drives with customers, showcasing vehicle features and ensuring a memorable experience.
7. Showroom Organisation: Help organise the showroom, manage vehicle displays, and arrange parking to maintain a polished, inviting environment.
8. Business Promotion: Actively participate in social media, post dealership updates, and represent NSA Motor Group at local events to attract new customers and raise brand awareness.
9. Vehicle Logistics: Occasionally support with vehicle collection and delivery for customers, ensuring timely and professional handovers.
Requirements
1. Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the motor vehicle industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A passion for cars and a solid understanding of automotive features and specifications is desirable.
2. Customer-Oriented Personality: A confident, friendly, and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organised, able to manage various sales and aftersales tasks, and maintain showroom standards.
4. Team Collaboration: A strong team player who is dedicated to helping the NSA Motor Group grow and succeed. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
5. Business Development Mindset: Enthusiastic about promoting the business and assisting with brand development.
6. Valid UK driving licence: A must.
