The role holder will be part of International Financial Crime Compliance reporting directly to the EMEA Head of ABC, Corporate Fraud and Ethics. This role supports the development and oversight Conduct Risk Framework and the day to day of the Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme. Working closely with other Compliance and Risk partners and groups, business functions, Legal, and Human Resources partners to support these areas through the provision of advice, assurance and assessment of controls.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Support the maintenance and governance documents related to the Ethics and Anti-Bribery and Corruption programs.
* Operational support of these areas including documenting the program and processes for management.
* Review of potential conflicts of interest, including outside business activities, gifts and entertainment, and personal account dealing activity.
* Review and action requests related to potential conflicts of interest.
* Keep current with regulatory requirements and guidance in these areas.
* Support monitoring plans, risk inventories, and compliance risk assessments for the areas of focus.
* Ensure accurate key metrics and management information to demonstrate effectiveness of the global programs.
* Advises business partners, including senior management, on appropriate compliance with applicable laws, rules and standards, including keeping them informed on developments.
