This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career in care to join our Support Coordinator team. This role is based in our Penrith head office, and you will be responsible for managing our team leaders and support workers within Carlisle and the surrounding areas. You will work alongside your coordinator colleagues to contribute to the effective day to day running of support services within the company, and play an integral part in providing bespoke support packages to people who have complex injuries and conditions. Duties You will provide high quality support by following a detailed support plan to meet the needs and wishes of clients/their family. You will enable your clients to function at their maximum potential both in their home and the wider community. You will assist the Senior Support Coordinator and Registered Manager in the recruitment and induction of new Support Workers. You will ensure ACFL policies and procedures are followed at all times. You will ensure Care Quality Commission standards are met for all clients and support staff. Qualifications & experience You should have previous experience working in support services or similar care environment. It is essential you have a driving licence and you are a car owner.
