What’s this role about?
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in St Ablans as our Senior Sales Associate on a fixed term contract. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.
What you’ll be doing
1. Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
2. Supporting the opening and closing of the store
3. Inspiring the team to ensure sales targets are continuously met
4. Delegating duties and responsibilities to sales team ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
5. Assisting the management team in leading the team to meet KPIs for the store
What you’ll ideally bring to the role
6. A passion for premium or luxury product helps, but we’re open to all customer-facing backgrounds
7. Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
8. Excellent customer service skills
9. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
11. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
