About us
Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need for issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health. At We Are With You we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We provide a free and confidential service without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support. We Are With You.

Successful candidates will work as part of the clinical team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital and adult community and criminal justice. WithYou is all about working with our clients to find the right path for them to get back to where they want to be, and you will be joining an amazing team of people who go the extra mile to make that happen. Working within one of our services is always busy, sometimes challenging but always rewarding. We work collaboratively to provide the best support and treatment to anyone who needs it, so why don't you apply to be part of something great! We welcome applications from prescribers with a passion for working with our client group, including those with backgrounds in other specialities, as full training and induction would be provided. Most of our work is face-to-face with our clients and therefore we require the successful candidate to be on-site. If you would like to discuss the role or arrange an informal visit, please contact us. We will provide an induction period to support you in the initial stages followed by a programme of meaningful supervision and CPD.
