Responsibilities
1. Managing/growing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention & satisfaction
2. Generating revenue for the business and ensuring a quality service
3. Proactively securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
4. Developing bespoke solutions by working closely with underwriters and insurers
5. Providing expert advice on tailored risk management and insurance products
6. Conducting policy renewals, mid-term adjustments and claim assistance
7. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
Requirements
1. At least 3 years' experience as an Insurance Account Executive or similar
2. A Cert CII qualification is essential
3. Diploma and/or ACII is desirable
4. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and FCA regulations
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Bags of motivation, determination and passion
7. Ambitious with the desire to succeed and grow
Benefits
1. Basic salary of £38,000 to £43,000
