We are seeking a motivated and dynamic band 4 therapy assistant practitioner to work either on our inpatient wards at Kettering General Hospital or in our new healthcare setting, Spinneyfields in Rushden where you will play a vital role in supporting our patients who have been transferred from the main hospital ready for rehabilitation. Main duties of the job WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will manage and prioritise your own case load independently, assessing and treating patients with a wide variety of conditions. You will also assist in assessing and carrying out specific rehabilitation programmes for clients with more complex needs, so improving their quality of life. You should have the ability to work alone as well as within a team. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. This post is for 37.5 hour per week, the postholder will be expected to work across 7 days.
