Salary: £45,628 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Development and Delivery of Capability Management Plans for specialist engineering teams Delivery of Strategic and Tactical Capability Development requirements/ initiatives incorporating People, Process, Tools and Infrastructure Develop and embed a robust Skills assessment methodology to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen capabilities and provide independent assurance of Nuclear & Non-Nuclear SQEP within the relevant Domains Establish and sustain contacts with equivalent domains across all programmes, the Maritime Group and other UK businesses to share practice and LfE.
