The Role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you will help lead product demos, provide training, and ensure clients maximise the platform’s value. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the Customer Success function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* 2–5 years’ experience in B2B Client Success, ideally in FinTech or Financial Markets or working with SaaS products
* Strong communicator who builds trust with clients
* Technically curious and comfortable explaining workflows
* Ready to make an impact in a growing company
