M&H Carriers are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team in a well-known and successful logistics company based in Inverness.
This is a 6 month temporary position with the possibility of extending to permanent. Start immediately.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have great customer service skills, proven experience within an administration role or similar, and thrive under pressure.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with customers / other carriers queries.
* Data entry.
* Ensuring day-to-day operations run as efficiently as possible.
* The use of M&H Carriers database.
* Basic admin tasks (i.e., photocopying, scanning, etc.).
* Some warehouse duties including bay checks and checking freight in.
Knowledge of the parcel/freight industry is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Hours:
09:00 – 14:00 Mon – Fri with some flexibility required.
