This role will be responsible for cleaning the production and peripheral areas (Main site and Twin Brook) as well as equipment within those areas in line with the company's standards.
1. Accountable for delivering high standards of quality while performing cleaning tasks in the production and peripheral areas.
2. Accountable for following the cleaning schedule.
3. Follow the Health and Safety (H&S) procedures and ensure all potential hazards are observed and reported.
4. Follow the company processes and site operating procedures in relation to food safety, hygiene, allergen control and maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP) throughout the shift.
5. Follow the clean as you go policy and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
6. Deliver high standards of quality ensuring the production, peripheral areas and the equipment within those areas are cleaned in line with site standards and customer specifications.
7. Carry out all cleaning tasks and visual inspections as per cleaning schedule and in line with the Cleaning Instruction Card (CIC) instructions.
8. Use and maintain all equipment in a correct manner and report any machine/equipment issues.
9. Complete and submit documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability is maintained.
10. Minimise the environmental impact by following the company waste disposal procedures.
11. Meet relevant KPIs and targets assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
12. Support new product development (NPD) process.
13. Report any anomalies and non-conformance to Supervisor/Manager.
14. Assist in day-to-day operation and provide cover and support to other operatives if necessary.
15. You may be assigned to other tasks and you will be expected to perform any reasonable requests as requested.
16. Good understanding of English.
17. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
18. An understanding of Health & Food safety.
19. A positive attitude.
20. Good attendance & punctuality.
