Sales Development Representative Annual Salary: £29,000 performance-related bonus Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday My client based in Wolverhampton are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting their sales efforts. This position is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual with experience in lead generation or a similar role. Day-to-day of the role: Review and actively manage a CRM database of live opportunities, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted. Identify and target expiring maintenance contracts, offering renewals, upgrades, or conversions to ensure client retention. Engage with lapsed customers to convert win-back maintenance contracts and re-establish relationships. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. Qualify new business opportunities and schedule appointments for account managers. Proactively research and generate new leads through prospecting activities. Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handover of leads and assist in developing targeting strategies. Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and market trends to promote during calls. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
