Contact Centre Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic contact centre team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this key role, you will provide high-quality customer service support to our clients, responding to a diverse range of customer enquiries and issues.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive excellent service at all times. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
The salary for this role is approximately £23,500-£26,500 per annum, depending on experience.
