Great opportunity for a locally based Project Manager
This company is a commercial expert within the hospitality sector for Strategy, Design, and implementation. They take care of the entire project, turning challenges into exciting opportunities. Responsibilities:
1. Bring all projects in line on time, to budget and client’s satisfaction.
2. Improve the margin on all projects wherever possible.
3. Understand the budgets of all projects and the breakdown of savings made.
4. Support all teams on relevant projects.
5. Control installation contracts at site level, liaising with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
6. Create and approve fabrication drawings.
7. Arrange site labour and deliveries onto site.
8. Create programmes of on-site attendance.
9. Program timescales and operations.
10. Attend site level meetings.
11. Control quality of workmanship on site.
12. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and control health and safety on site.
13. Submit relevant paperwork to main contractor.
14. Handover completed projects to clients, including end user demonstration/training of equipment.
Experience:
You must have worked within the industrial catering field, including:
1. Planning experience.
2. Building/construction industry (or home projects).
3. Gas, Ventilation, Electrics.
4. Ability to measure, use a scale rule, and read GA drawings and service drawings.
Must have:
1. Clean driving licence.
2. Able to drive to London if requested.
3. CSCS card – First aid certificate (can be completed with the company).
In return, they offer:
1. Competitive salary: £35k – £50k DOE.
2. Monday – Friday 9-5pm (unless on site).
3. 25 days holidays + bank holidays.
4. £50 paid per day if working away.
5. Bonus system paid the 1st week in December.
6. No company car – mileage or train tickets etc. paid.
7. After one year, there is an opportunity to become a partner and enjoy a profit share.
