Salary £45,000 - £75,000 (Double OTE) + Benefits

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive sales, revenue, and growth. You’ll have a strong track record of identifying and closing opportunities with new clients, particularly within Business and Digital Transformation, Operating Model Design, IT Service Delivery, and IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals.
* Apply a Power Base Selling methodology to drive success.
* Develop and execute a territory business plan and targeted sales campaigns.
* Identify and nurture new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline.
* Build credibility and trust with corporate professionals at all levels.
* Maintain a client-first approach to business.
* Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively while taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
* Communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills.
* Deliver results under pressure and meet deadlines.
