We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our client in Reading. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide crucial administrative support, helping legal professionals perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and filings
Assisting in the preparation and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Handling enquiries, scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the legal team
Conducting legal research, managing records and ensuring compliance with legal standards
Performing general office duties, including diary management, filing
and travel arrangements
Requirements
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role in a law firm is highly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
