Job Description
Our client, a trusted partner of the UK's Ministry of Defence, is looking for an experienced Facilities Management Data Analyst to be based at their Bristol site. The role involves managing a diverse range of construction and facilities projects, developing requirements, supporting procurement, and overseeing the delivery of works across the evolving Site. For larger-scale projects, this will also include managing designers and specialist consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
As a Facilities Project Manager, the successful candidate will join a small, dynamic team of Facilities Project Managers at the Bristol site, currently overseeing a major site redevelopment. This role will focus on business operational projects to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site during this exciting period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate construction and facilities projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project requirements, support procurement, and produce fully costed business cases for senior management approval.
3. Manage projects valued up to £1 million, focusing on critical infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
4. Develop project plans, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee external contractors to achieve project milestones, with a thorough understanding of the RIBA stages of project delivery.
