Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hybrid Role: 2 days remote working, up to 3 days travel per week (mileage paid)
About the Role
Ashley Kate HR is proud to be partnering with a respected national charitable organisation in their search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Junior Business Partner looking to step up into a strategic and high-impact role.
You'll be supporting multiple sites across the South and Southwest of the UK, working closely with leadership teams and employees to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.
Regional HR Business Partner - Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on a range of HR and employee relations issues.
Manage TUPE transfers and provide expert ER support.
Guide managers on performance management, employee development, and engagement.
Support and conduct thorough and objective investigations.
Implement and lead HR initiatives aligned to business needs.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and resourcing strategies.
Use HR data and insights to identify trends and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes in collaboration with the wider team.
