You will be joining a hugely successful, modern and fast-moving organisation where you will thrive in your position as their Construction Project Manager. You will be based in the inspirational London office, which is the European headquarters, in the heart of the city. The office is incredible, and you will be charged with overseeing a programme of interior commercial projects as the firm acquire, renovate, and build out offices in London and around the world. Within this Construction Project Manager role, you will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, some already in progress and some still in the idea phase. The aim of the role will be to develop and implement the vision, whilst keeping the projects on schedule and on budget. Your responsibilities will include: All aspects of project management, including defining goals, making budgets and timelines, tracking milestones, managing risk, procuring materials, and quality control Contributing to all phases of the build-out project, including space planning, design, phasing and sequencing, managing and supervising site work, occupancy, and closeout Taking the initiative to provide status updates to the larger team Managing external vendor, contractor, and landlord relationships Working closely with other internal teams including Facilities, Networking, Security/ Physical Security, Audio Visual, IT, and Office Administration You will be joining an exciting multi discipline real estate team who pride themselves on designing and delivering highly reliable facilities, trading floors, and offices. For this construction project manager role we are looking for: 5 years project management, assistant project management, or superintendent experience in commercial construction with projects ranging from £500k to £50 million (UK) Experience of construction project management from a consultancy or in house with a focus on high end office spaces, ideally critical environment experience Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems Deadline-driven and able to prioritise tasks across many projects Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree preferred PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, BIM Collaborate, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, MS Office experience preferred This is a rare opportunity for someone who has developed their skills from a construction background and moved up the ranks into high end office space / critical environment, construction project management to join a leading, global firm.
