The impact you’ll own We're seeking a Staff Product Manager with deep marketplace and, ideally, financial services experience to lead our product portfolio and ecosystem strategy. This role will shape the future of climate risk management by building and scaling our marketplace offerings while ensuring alignment with financial services requirements and regulations. Marketplace Strategy Execution: Define and execute the vision for our climate risk marketplace, including supply-side and demand-side strategies, pricing models, and network effects optimization. Drive platform adoption and engagement across multiple user segments. Financial Services Excellence: Leverage deep understanding of financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and risk frameworks to ensure our products meet the sophisticated needs of banking, insurance, and asset management clients. Strategic Vision & Leadership: Lead the long-term product vision across our marketplace and core products, aligning with regulatory requirements and market opportunities. Influence executive-level decisions on product direction and resource allocation. Technical Architecture & Innovation: Partner with engineering leadership to make critical architectural decisions that enable marketplace scalability and meet financial services security and compliance requirements. Essential Skills Extensive product management experience, leading marketplace or platform products at scale. Expert understanding of marketplace dynamics, network effects, and platform economics. Experience with financial services compliance requirements, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments. Desirable Skills Track record working with financial services or fintech, with deep understanding of banking, insurance, or asset management workflows and requirements. Knowledge or deep interest in climate change impacts and adaptation strategies, especially in the context of financial and operational risk. Experience developing or managing financial services products or applications, especially in risk assessment. Knowledge of geospatial data platforms, GIS, or mapping tools. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools.
