You will have experience of working with common mental health problems, be able to provide initial assessments of client need including risk assessment and deliver a range of evidence-based, high volume, low-intensity psychological interventions based on a self-management model. The range of interventions will include both individual and group work and the candidates must be confident and competent in delivering interventions using a variety of communication mediums such as telephone work, e-consultation and face-to-face activities. You must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
