Immediate start - £80 - £100 a day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A Behaviour Teaching Assistant is needed for a secondary school in the London Borough of Lambeth. In this role, you will support young people with their academic studies, assisting them with core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science. You will also work outside of the classroom on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, running intervention groups to help improve their social and emotional needs positively. Your work will focus on helping young people develop problem-solving skills and gain insight into their own behaviour, providing guidance and support to build their confidence and self-esteem. You will help create a safe and supportive environment for young people to develop and grow.
About You:
We are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant who:
1. Has previous experience working in a classroom.
2. Has a passion for working with young people.
3. Has an Enhanced DBS.
4. Has experience handling challenging behaviours in young people.
5. Is approachable, hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic.
