About the Role Position : Subject Leader – Business Studies Location : Chelmsford, Essex Salary : Competitive (based on experience and leadership responsibilities) Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent Start Date : As soon as possible or by arrangement Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Business Studies department to achieve outstanding results. Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. Monitor and track student progress, implementing effective interventions as needed. Support and mentor colleagues to enhance their professional practice. Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the school’s wider objectives. What We’re Looking For QTS with a degree in Business Studies or a related subject. Experience teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
