Resident Liaison Officer - Planned Maintenance
Location: Newham / Tower Hamlets
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus £5,000 car allowance
Our client, a contractor based in Kingston, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned maintenance team.
Our client is carrying out internal and external planned maintenance. Works include kitchen and bathroom replacements, roof renewals, and window and door upgrades.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact for clients or tenants requiring job updates.
2. Manage all complaints and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
3. Keep tenants updated on progress for longer planned works and address any issues that arise.
4. Collaborate with the Contract Manager & Site team to ensure clients are informed of any issues and that inquiries are addressed.
5. Support the help-desk with emails from sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis.
6. Visit tenants as required.
7. Conduct condition and customer satisfaction surveys.
8. Arrange and book appointments/visits to properties.
Qualifications:
My client is seeking someone with experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, strong communication skills (both over the phone and face-to-face), and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
