We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our client in daily operations and strategic initiatives. The Personal Assistant to the Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director's office. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
2. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
3. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director
4. Organise and maintain confidential files and documents
5. Assist with project management and follow-ups
6. Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
5. Discretion and confidentiality
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
