We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to join the team. It is a distinguished team of hospitality enthusiasts. The hotel has recently reopened following a full hotel refurbishment. What will I be doing? Welcoming guests to the Spa and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional. Ensuring you are fully conversant with the treatments, facilities and services within the spa and hotel. Ensuring you are fully conversant with pricing structures to be able to effectively sell the ISHGA services. Taking bookings for treatments, ensuring information is recorded correctly on the spa scheduling system. Receiving and departing guests, ensuring that the guest is provided with the appropriate assistance and information to get the greatest enjoyment from their visit. Completing all administrative duties in relation to the efficient running of the department. Ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a clean and tidy manner in accordance with departmental standards. Receiving payment and operate till, ensuring accuracy of prices charged and change given. Maintaining the security of stock areas at all times. Maintaining the presentation of the Reception area in accordance with brand standards. Ensuring that guest concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with courteously and efficiently, reporting them to the Manager on duty. What are we looking for? 1 Years’ experience in a guest focused role Experience of working as a Receptionist gained within the hospitality or service industry High Level of computer literacy Professional telephone manner High standards of attention to detail and personal presentation Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Demonstrable guest focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent guest service.
