Join us.Within the Transport side of SEA you will be working closely with the project and delivery teams in order to delivery existing crown commercial, council and TFL contracts and frameworks. SEA’s contracts enable customers to support the demands of civil traffic enforcement using our intelligent traffic management systems and capture technology.As a Commercial Manager, you will Provide effective commercial management and governance of SEA projects, bids and all commercial offerings for the business area working with Divisional Management, Bid and Project Managers.You will Act as the primary point of contact with Customers and Subcontractors for all commercial matters relating to contracts and bids, whilst also Providing an independent oversight to ensure that the business secures commercial agreements that minimise risk, maximise financial outturn (profit and cashflow), optimise our wider commercial opportunities, and are compliant with relevant standards and legislation.What we offerYour work, your contribution, deserves to be recognised and rewarded. Experience in delivering commercial sales transactions, negotiation, bid preparation. Strong Negotiation Skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships with a wide range of Company and customer personnel.
