To provide a specialist nursing service for patients requiring immunotherapy treatment and toxicity management. Be an autonomous practitioner and have the freedom to act to influence patient care and service provision. They will exercise levels of judgement, discretion and decision-making in treatment of immunotherapy. Independent non-medical prescriber Promoting best practice and delivering coordinated quality cancer care to patients and their families. Participate in education and training for immunotherapy. Work across organisations to promote cancer care to ensure an integrated approach to care management between localities, organisations and care agencies To develop the immunotherapy service. To be the lead for immunotherapy management across the Trust. To be the lead for service development to improve patient experience in the specialist area. To be the lead for immunotherapy education and training. To be an expert clinical practitioner, demonstrating advanced clinical competence and autonomy whilst working with the MDT.
