Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive property surveys and inspections to determine condition and value.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for clients.
Assess compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with property owners, managers, and other stakeholders to address survey-related inquiries.
Provide expert advice on property valuation and potential improvements.
Manage multiple surveying projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all survey activities and findings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or related field.
Professional certification or license in property surveying is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property surveying or a related role.
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and surveying techniques.
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using surveying software and tools, such as AutoCAD and GIS applications.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £222.54
