Main Duties of the Job

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC certificate, and have experience working in the healthcare sector. They should be driven, motivated, and possess strong leadership and management qualities.
