The business is structured so that our clients can enjoy the combined skills, contacts, and experience of our entire national and international FD/CFO team without the cost of employing a full-time FD/CFO. Responsibilities: Social channels Predominately LinkedIn, but could also refresh our Instagram social management but much more light touch Planning Pull together a social content calendar for the year that reflects the wider marketing plan to help deliver key messages and support for campaigns. Calendar would also need to include key internal and external dates. Scheduling - using HubSpot to schedule posts from CFOC and RDs (where applicable) for consistency Content Creation Looking at 2-4 posts per week - some will be around campaigns, others might be around more topical stories (based on plan) Content writing for posts or working with our copywriter depending on what it is Community management Being pro-active with timely engagement - likes, shares, comments on posts that are relevant to us or things we've been tagged into Answering direct messages and questions Team Work with digital lead as main point of contact, however, have a link in with the wider team Work with Digital Lead on any paid social activity Working with internal marketing to brief the creatives needed to support social activity Reporting With Digital Lead, monitor how content is performing - through impressions, reach, engagement, and clicks and make recommendations Requirements: Minimum 2 years event experience (Essential), ideally in B2B HubSpot CRM experience (Desired) Ideally able to be commutable to Swindon to build relationship with the Team (Desired)
