JP Recruitment are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's team. You will be based in Wythenshawe at their manufacturing site.
This is a temp to perm position for a reputable company.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Creating and giving quotes to customers for products.
2. Liaising with internal departments throughout the process.
3. Sending purchase orders accordingly.
4. Checking customer delivery process.
5. Completion of paperwork and documentation.
6. Dealing with customers for queries and updates.
7. Matching Sales and Purchase Orders.
8. Use of SAGE.
9. Navigating the internal CRM system to update customer records and delivery status.
10. Dealing with delivery couriers and sister branches within the company.
11. Dispatch documentation completion.
12. Stock control, management and ordering stock - dealing with suppliers.
Working Hours:
1. Mon - Thurs - 8am - 5pm
2. Friday - 8am - 2:30pm
Salary:
£27k per annum
