Are you an experienced Change Manager? Our client a leading contractor who delivers a range of essential infrastructure services within the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors in the UK & Ireland are looking for an Interim Change Manager working on a contract basis. Pay details: Up to £600 per day via Umbrella PAYE. 45 hours per week 8am - 5:00pm Remote working available. The ideal manager will be assisting by leading projects, managing teams, and overcoming various business challenges and finalising the transformation plan. The ideal person will be. Setting up a basic Project Management Office (PMO) for reporting and data management. Conducting daily and weekly scrums/stand-up meetings. Coordinating leads from HR, Marketing, Communications, and Commercial departments. Overseeing the daily execution of the transformation plan to ensure timely completion. Providing monthly reports to the divisional executive team. Key Skills Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams through transitions. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively convey changes. Problem-Solving: Capability to identify challenges and devise innovative solutions. Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and evaluating projects. Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage emotions to address resistance and create a positive environment for change.
