Delighted to be working with a Bristol based company that is looking for a Reward Partner on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Reward this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking for a broad reward position in addition to some fantastic adhoc projects and programmes.
Working closely with the Head of Reward, the role is responsible for shaping and delivering on all areas of reward/compensation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues, you will develop frameworks and processes to manage:
1. Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
2. Job grading frameworks and pay structures
3. Data reporting and analysis
4. Salary and benefits benchmarking
5. Gender pay gap and reporting
6. Recognition & incentive schemes
7. Performance
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of the compensation lifecycle, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills, you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.
While the company is Bristol based, they operate a hybrid working policy. The position comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
