Who will you be working with?

Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Plant and Facilities Engineer to join a well-established business that designs, manufactures, and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the Power Generation, Marine, and Rail Traction industries.


Role: Plant and Facilities Engineer

Salary: £Competitive

Location: LN5 7FD, Lincoln

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 15:45pm and 07:30am to 15:15pm on Friday


How will you make a difference?

This position will undertake a range of tasks ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the manufacturing facility.


What will your typical day look like?

* Oversee the maintenance and repair of the plant's equipment and machinery.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.
* Analyse production and maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Work with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Manage budgets for equipment, maintenance, and projects.
